Why Choose an Outdoor Electric Sauna

An electric sauna heats up faster and more consistently than a wood-burning alternative, and it's far simpler to run day to day. No wood to buy, no fires to start, the heater gets to temperature and holds it. Regular sauna use is linked to better circulation, faster muscle recovery, improved sleep, and lower stress, and having one in the garden means you can have the luxury of using it whenever suits.

Built for the Outdoors

Every Yakia sauna is built from Thermowood, a heat-treated timber chosen for its resistance to rot, insects, and moisture. The walls and floor are finished to a thickness that will take you through all four seasons again and again, though the timber will need an initial wood preservative treatment after installation to keep it looking its best and to keep the warranty valid.

Garden Sauna Electrical Installation

Because these are electric saunas with wall-mounted heaters rated up to 9kW, they need a dedicated power supply, not a standard plug socket. A qualified electrician will need to run a new circuit, fit an appropriately rated breaker and isolator switch, and test and certify the installation. At SPYRYS, we can recommend trusted electricians and work together with them for a full installation process.
